Mozilla India Meet up 2016, a best symposium held on 27th and 28th August with more than 120 awesome Mozillians to shape Mozilla India community. It was amazing experience for all of us while working together. It is a proud feeling to be a part of such unique and diverse community. We have diversity in gender, age, occupation, etc. with a common thought of supporting Mozilla Mission. Mozilla community is all about learning, sharing your skills on global platform.
Many countries, Many states, Many Languages, Many Voices but One Mozilla.

Main goal of meet up was to shape the future of Mozilla India by restructure proposal. Event started with welcome session by Diwanshi and Vnisha. After that George shared his views on Mozilla’s goal for 2017 with huge energy. Then actual working of mozillians started with Breakout and Functional sessions. We had many breakout sessions like Mozilla’s key internet issues, personal leadership, individuals skills for team performance with the functional sessions as connected devices, Rust, web literacy,  WebVR, Advocacy, campus program and many more. There was a great session on diversity by Konstantina and on Mozilla’s developer marketing by Bradely. Now the key point of meetup came, which is restructure was presented. Suggestions and questions were always welcome. According to that final restructure is presented.

This meetup was best experience for me. It was nice to meet all mozillians came from all over the India and out of India.
We discussed many things, shared our views, ideas, challenges with each other, and made new friends, learned lot of things from everyone. New contributors like me came to know about many contribution areas. Best part of all sessions was fun activity. We all enjoyed a lot during sessions while discussing many issues.
